Following this, the broccoli undergoes Individual Quick Freezing (IQF) technology—this advanced rapid freezing process ensures each floret and stem piece freezes independently, resulting in a free-flowing product that is easy to portion, eliminates clumping, and maintains the broccoli’s natural structure and crispness throughout storage, handling, and final preparation—ideal for high-efficiency foodservice operations and industrial processing lines.
