Using Individual Quick Freezing (IQF) technology, each floret is frozen separately to preserve its natural color, firm texture, and nutritional value.
The florets are clean-cut, uniform in size, and free-flowing after freezing, with no clumping. After cooking, the cauliflower maintains good structure and bite, making it suitable for a wide range of applications including steaming, stir-frying, roasting, baking, soups, and ready-meal production.
